Ninja Accountant began with a simple founder problem: accounting should help a company move, not slow it down. Jovi built a steady stream of clients during his studies and kept serving those relationships after graduation.
After experience in a small-scale firm, he started his own practice in 2010 and built a team of technology-minded professionals. Nicholas later added practical business development experience from the retail world.
The next step is the AI accounting workspace: Xero remains the operational backbone, while document intake, bank matching, dashboard visibility and compliance reminders become faster and easier to follow.
The belief stays the same: clients should understand their own numbers. AI can structure information, but the accountant still reviews, explains and helps the founder decide.
